Where are you traveling from?
*
Is there someone signing up for the retreat that you'd like to request as your roommate? If so, list their name here. (Not required!)
*
Why are you signing up for this training?
*
Please tell us any food allergies, or strong likes/dislikes you have so we can accommodate to the best of our ability.
*
Do you have any medical conditions (physical or otherwise) that you'd like to make us aware of to better support you on this journey? If so, please explain.
*
We require all retreat guests to feel comfortable hiking 2-3 miles per day, and able to climb up and down a steep ladder into a loft. Is there any reason you wouldn't feel comfortable with this?

How did you hear about Arctic Hive?
*
You understand that the event of weather/road closures beyond our control, it's possible you may need to book yourself an extra night of lodging on either end of the retreat, either in Fairbanks or Yukon River Camp. Although retreat guests will be cared for at Arctic Hive to the best of our ability (for no extra charge), sometimes once we're on the road, the Dalton Highway weather can be unpredictable. As your hosts, we make every effort to assure this doesn't happen (and it is extremely rare). We do assume any liability for delays associated with our vehicles specifically. But (similar to how airlines handle it), if there is weather or road closures beyond our control, you may need to foot the bill. This is just part of the Alaskan Experience! This is also why we recommend trip insurance.

I understand.
